The Rings of Love Designer Series Paper is a free Sale-A-Bration item that has certainly grown on me. At first it didn't catch my eye but the more projects I saw using it changed my mind. Inspiration from Lynn Dunn.
For this card I made one of the mat pieces using Watercolour paper, a water painter and some Soft Suede ink. You can stamp your ink pad onto a clear stamp block and then add the colour to your paper with the water painter, or you can use a drop of ink refill onto a clear block and add the colour with a water painter. I added water to my paper first (pretty well saturated) and then added the ink to the wet paper. You can make it as light or dark as you like.
I fussy cut the images from the DSP and also used the coordinating die for the tree rings.
