Halloween Treats
I was asked by a Coach of a team of little ones to make some treat holders for Halloween. I made these treat holders using up some Halloween Designer Series Paper that was in my stash as well as some Halloween coloured Bakers Twine.
My favourite die right now for treat holders is the Little Treats dies that come in a bundle with a great stamp set. I used the dies, another set for the pumpkin image which was stamped on Pumpkin Pie cardstock and cut out with a circle punch for the decoration.
The cute spider was cut out in black cardstock.

Halloween Tri-Fold Card
Well this Saturday is Halloween.....it will be a bit different for many. Here in Edmonton you are allowed to Trick or Treat in your own neighbourhood. (not sure how that will be enforced!)
Our grandaughters will not be going door to door. They are having an "outdoor party" with another family...but we will still be giving them some treats. I made this card to include with their treats!
I found a tri-fold card with instructions on the internet and chose to make mine a Halloween theme. I used some items that are retired; like the black glimmer paper and the bat punch! One of my stamp sets is pretty old too it is called The Best of Halloween. The Designer Series Paper I used is from the Mini Catalogue!
The card opens up and these are 2 of the layers:
This is the second layer. |
