Looks like fall Sweater Weather!

This card reminds me of sweater weather!   I also loved using the fall leaves as the accent.  I found this card made by Erin Gilsbach and had to CASE it!

Maybe it is the addition of the piece of cardstock stamped with the Buffalo Check stamp but it really makes me think of fall and cooler weather.
The background is made by using my Stampin Write markers and flicking the colour onto the cardstock.

Christmas Tags using the Tree and Ornament Punch

I made a number of different Christmas tags this season.  For these tags I used the Tree Punch from the Wrapped in Plaid Suite and the Small Ornament Punch from the Brightly Gelaming Suite.

For the one on the left I embossed the ornament with Versamark, Cherry Cobbler Ink and Clear Embossing powder and heat set it before I cut it out with the punch.  The centre one was stamped onto Whisper White cardstock with Shaded Spruce and Crumb cake and then cut with the Tree punch,  The one on the right was just DSP cut with the ornament punch.

Also a great way to use up older or retired Holiday DSP and retired coloured twine!

You can never have too many tags!

Happy Birthday to my Mum!

My Mum is having a birthday today!  She is 90 today and my sisters and I have taken her on a 7-night Caribbean cruise (Symphony of the Seas) to celebrate her milestone birthday.

This is the card I made for her:

I used a stamp set that is retired but one that fits for this occasion.

This is the inside:
