Great Nephew Birthday "On the Farm"

I had to make some cards ahead of time and this is one of them for my Great Nephew's birthday. It is using the Day at the Farm Designer Series Paper (Sale-A-Bration reward) and the Stamp set and dies (mini Catalogue).

I used the Designer Series Paper as my background piece and then I die cut different elements for the scene (animals, barn, silo, windmill). So easy to make the card front with the great DSP!

The strip of DSP along the bottom of the inside is also on the front of the matching envelope.

Thanks A Bunch (Limes)

The Sweet Citrus bundle in the Mini Catalogue is a great mixture of a stamp set, dies and a hybrid embossing folder.

The hybrid embossing folder can just emboss or it can cut and emboss the fruit shapes at the same time! For this project I did both. I embossed the background DSP and then I stamped the 2 step images onto Basic White cardstock and then cut and embossed the images all at once.

This is a book binding style card so the inside is a bit smaller.

March Team Swap Card

My March Team swap card features the new Online Exclusive bundle called Irresistible Blooms. There are 2 colours of cardstock that are part of this Suite that will be returning colours, Pretty Peacock and Lost Lagoon. Luckily I still had some cardstock and ink for both of these!

I die cut the beautiful flowers and leaves from the Designer Series Paper pack that accompanies the Stamp and Die bundle.

I left the inside blank so that you could add your choice of greeting. The "hello" is from the stamp set.

Timeless Greetings Happy Birthday

My son recently celebrated a birthday. The best choice was to use the Timeless Greetings set for his card. This kit is part of the kit collection... The kit makes 8 cards with envelopes. The coordinating colours are Basic Black, Basic Gray, Cajun Craze, Crumb Cake, Evening Evergreen, Soft Suede and Silver foil.

Sympathy Card using By The Bay

You can never have enough Sympathy cards on hand. Today my card is made using one of my very favourite Suites, " By the Bay".

I love anything related to the water, beach, sun and sand!

The Designer Series Paper in this Suite is amazing with sheets that include gold foil and pearl foil for that extra shine on your projects. I used one of the gold foil sheets for this card.

Celebrating Double Digits!

Our eldest granddaughter recently had a birthday. She kept telling me that she will be in double digits... she turned 10!

She has changed her favourite colour....it used to be pink and now it is purple, so I made her a purple card! As we all hope for spring and warmer weather I decided to make her an ice cream card using the Share A Milkshake bundle.
