Making Spirits Bright

One of my favourite quotes from the Christmas Carol "Jungle Bells" is the line, "Making spirits bright"!  For this card I put that greeting on the front!

This colour scheme is Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler, Shaded Spruce and Gold!

To colour the holly and berries I used Stampin' Write markers in Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler.

Merry and Bright Shaker Card

There a a few different ways to make a shaker card.  Today I am sharing my Christmas Shaker card using a medium clear envelope to hold the gems for the shaker card.

I made 2 different fronts for the card; added white craft ink or added Real Red ink over the embossing.

This card uses the very popular Trucking Along stamp set and coordinating punch.

I used a piece of Designer Series Paper that is not made for Christmas but added some red lines and a ruler!  I used a Stampin' Write Marker in Real Red to add the lines.  

To make a trailer you just stamp the back end of the truck on the left edge of a piece of Basic White and then use the punch to cut it out!  In the inside I used a small piece of the same DSP and some stamping.

For the presents I used various Stampin' Write markers; Flirty Flamingo, Granny Apple Green, Real Red, Tahitian Tide, and Crushed Curry.
