Paper Pumpkin update

To all the Paper Pumpkin lovers!

While constructing our new online store, we were required to temporarily suspend the offering of past kits and refills from Paper Pumpkin. We’re excited to announce that the online store functionality that allows us to offer these products is nearly ready to launch! Paper Pumpkin Past Kits and Refills will be available once again beginning 26 October.
On 26 October, available products will include the September Refills and October Refills! These products will only be available while supplies last and require a Paper Pumpkin subscription to order. The re-launch will take place in both the online store (OLO) and the demonstrator ordering system (OEX).
Now that Paper Pumpkin Past Kits and Refills have been made available again, we will continue to release new past kit and refill products each month as inventory and demand allow. If you’re interested in purchasing these products, they’re typically released—if available—on the 4th Monday of each month.

Snowflake Wishes card

Here in Edmonton, it has definitely turned to winter and today I am sharing one of the cards I have made from the Snowflake Wishes Suite.  This card with the sentiment could be used for any ocassion during the winter months.

The Snowflake Wishes Suite includes a Bundle (stamp set and dies), an embossing folder, Designer Series Paper, specialty Balmy Blue glimmer paper , ribbon and embellishments.  The Designer Series Paper is an assortment of hand painted snowflakes and wintry blue tones to give the feel of watercoloured designs. It is just beautiful and has designs on both sides of each sheet.

I cut the different size of snowflakes from silver foil, whisper white, balmy blue and the Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper.  I then chose 2 to adhere together for each snowflake.  The dies were used to cut the piece for the greeting and I added my snowflakes over the cut out areas.

Wishing You Well

Today I am sharing a card made with the Velveteen Paper that I coloured with ink and a sponge dauber for my leaves.  I also used the Plaid Tidings DSP that is on sale until October 31st at 15% off!

I coloured the White velveteen leaf edges with Pretty Peacock and the Cinnamon Cider leaf edges with Cherry Cobbler ink.

Fall Card

I have a fall card to share with you but the last couple of days have really felt like winter here!  A quick change in our weather with freezing temperatures in the morning, frost and some snow flurries!

Perhaps it is time to switch to winter cards!

I have used some of the lovely fall themed DSP plus also used the brushed metallic paper and the velveteen paper.  There is a lot of texture on this card!

ICS Blog Hop - Magic in this Night DSP

Hello and Welcome to the Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop for October!

This month our theme is to "Showcase Designer Series Papers".

Wow, it is already October...time sure flies by.  I have chosen to use the Magic in this Night Designer Series Paper for my project this month.  This paper is found in the August - December 2020 Mini Catalogue.  This paper is intended for Halloween projects with the elegant watercoloured designs and florals.  I see many other uses for this designer series paper and have been making other types of greeting cards with this paper.  The colours in the paper are Basic Black, Blackberry Bliss, Cajun Craze, Pretty Peacock and Whisper White.  Each package contains 12 sheets with 2 each of the 6 double-sided designs.

This DSP is part of the Designer Series Paper Sale and you will receive 15% off the original price until the end of October!

Here is my card:

I used a base of Pretty Peacock, matted with Basic Black and then highlighted 2 of the paper patterns.  I used the Black Rhinestone jewels for my embellishments but you can easily colour our Rhinestone Jewels with the Black Stampin Blend markers!  I added Clear Wink of Stella to the body of the spider to give it some sparkle and shine.

Don't miss any of the projects!  Follow along our blog hop with Darla....she will have a great project idea for you!
