This card was made with them using the Noble Peacock foil paper and the Under My Umbrella bundle.
A sponge or sponge dauber can be used to create the dark sky that is under the umbrella. I used the Pleased as Punch DSP to cut the umbrella, flowers and boots. The flowers were fussy cut out with my snips and I stamped the boots onto the DSP and fussy cut them also. The rain drops were created using my Shimmery Crystal Effects.
