My granddaughter is celebrating her "Champagne Birthday" this month. I really had no idea what she meant until she explained it to me. She told me that her cake was going to have Gold Leaf on the top! I didn't know it was a "thing"! So I looked it up.....

She always designs and plans her birthday invitations and this year she had something in mind when she came over to make her invitations. The first thing was to find the cardstock and "gold" that she wanted. She ended up choosing an older retired set with dies for her focal point as the size worked the best.
