It is really simple to make your own gift card holder...I used my gift card and measured it settling for a 2-1/2" wide by 3-1/2" high pocket. It only took a little bit of paper!
I went back to my Time for Tags set to add the tag to the front of the holder.
The Terracotta Tile piece was inserted through the inside of the Everyday Label punch to get the shape at the top of the tag. The bottom was a flagged end.
