Tea Boutique Banner

Recently in one of our exclusive Demonstrator events we had a wonderful presentation by Kylie Henshaw, a demonstrator from England.

I loved her banner created using one of the Tea Boutique Envelopes and I have cased it here to share with you.  I purchased the dowel rod at my local hardware store and cut it to the length I needed.
