Welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop!
The beauty of the Paper Pumpkin kit is that you can follow the directions provided in the kit to make the projects as they were designed, or use the supplies as a starting point and let your creativity run wild. On this hop we will be sharing lots of ideas with you on how to use the July Paper Pumpkin kit "Sending Good Thoughts".
These are the original projects:
Here is my alternate project:
I used the card base from the stamp set, the stamp set, the label and the Bermuda Bay Stampin' Spot that was included in the kit.
For my background I used the negatives from the punch out pieces and added colour with ink and blending brushes.
I found these cute bottles at my local dollar store and used one on my card with some sand and a message. (Message in a bottle!)
The additional supplies used for my alternate cards will be listed below.
Super cute card! I love the little bottle, just too cute!ReplyDelete

Great card, especially the little bottle!ReplyDelete
Great idea to use the die cut negative piece as a stencil! So clever. The little bottle is such a fun addition and what a great find!ReplyDelete
Awe clever way to use the negative! THanks for sharing that I tend to forget that option! Cute card too!ReplyDelete
Love that you used the negative as a mask! It's a great way to extend the kit!ReplyDelete
