PPP Blog Hop Winter Woods

Welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop! The beauty of the Paper Pumpkin kit is that you can follow the directions provided in the kit to make the projects as they were designed, or use the supplies as a starting point and let your creativity run wild.
On this hop we will be sharing lots of ideas with you on how to use the October Paper Pumpkin kit: "Winter Woods".

These are the original projects:

The coordinating colours for this kit are:  Early Espresso, Night of Navy, Pool Party, Poppy Parade and Shaded Spruce.

These are my alternate projects:
I made a card and 2 tags using the Paper Pumpkin supplies plus other stamps, ink, and embellishments.

For this card I made a Night of Navy card with a Poppy Parade mat and then added the card front (which I cut down in size both in length and width).  Added the ribbon to the bottom and the sentiment is stamped onto the shimmery side of the paper that the trees were punched from.
I also added the new Ice Stampin Glitter to the trees for alot of sparkle.

I used the fine tip glue pen to cover the frosty parts of the trees and then added the Ice Stampin Glitter over top.
Gently pressed with my fingers, let it dry for a few minutes and then tapped off the excess.

For these tags or bookmarks I used Pool Party and Poppy Parade cardstock for the bases and cut the card front into 2 pieces. Also used 1 of the tree punch outs cutting the trees apart. The sentiments are again stamped onto the shimmery side of the paper the trees were punched from.

The supplies for my projects are listed below.

Thank you for joining us as we share with you the possiblities of Paper Pumpkin. Now hop over to Deb where you are sure to find a great Paper Pumpkin aternate!
