Layering Circles

 I was trying some different techniques and decided to try the layering circles technique.  I wanted to use some of the Sale-A-Bration Designer Series Papers so that was the deciding factor on my colour palette!

It looks difficult but all you need to do is cut out circles in 3 different sizes and then cut them in half.  Then you can use the different sizes to place them together in a pattern.
